England's victory in the second Ashes Test by 115 runs was the first victory against Australia at Lords for 75 years and Trion:Z was in strong evidence to witness the historic event.
The distinctive red and white Dual Loop bracelet branded with the St George England flag was worn by five of the members of the England side including the teams inspired Captain, Stuart Broad and James Anderson who helped set up the win with 4 first wickets that ripped the heart out of the Australian frontline batting order.
Trion:Z also achieved major exposure during the U.S Women's Open. A twenty-three year old Korean seen wearing a Trion:Z White Active took home the win for the 2nd time on American soil. Not holding the lead at any point in the tournament; she sunk her final 15-foot birdie putt to win by one shot over her competitors. She provided one of the most exciting moments in history for the U.S Women's Open.
Not far behind was Brittany Lincicome wearing the Trion:Z Pink Palette amongst 30 other players spotted wearing Trion:Z products. Closing in on the age of 50, Travelers Championship Winner and Kentucky native Kenny Perry won his 14th career victory and second win of the 2009 season, wearing Trion:Z Palette. He finished the tournament with a record score of 258, the victory takes him into the lead in the FedEx Cup standings and has the most wins on tour since June 1, 2008. He has now accomplished his seventh top-10 of 2009. He plans on winning 20 before he retires.
On the other side of the world, teenage golf sensation, Ryo Ishikawa won the Mizuno Open wearing a Colantotte Necklace, parent products to Trion:Z. Closing out the final round with a birdie to finish at 13 under and 3 shots ahead of his New Zealand competitor, giving Ishikawa the 3rd win of his career and 2nd as a pro at the age of only 17. This win qualified Ishikawa for the British Open where he played the first two rounds with world number one Tiger Woods.
